Graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University in 1961.

6 Years with Haskins and Sells (then one of the "Big 8" CPA Firms)
6 Years as treasurer of a large mobile home manufacturer
Purchased accounting practice in 1974, which he has owned and operated since.
